Rental terms
Car rental terms and conditions — minimum age requirements, required documents, insurance coverage, payment terms, as well as vehicle pick-up and return policies.
General rental terms
To conclude a vehicle rental agreement, the following conditions must be met:
Minimum age: 21 years
At least 2 years of holding a valid driving license
A valid ID card or passport is required for identification
Minimum rental period is 1 day (24 hours)
The vehicle must be picked up and returned at the agreed time; a grace period of up to 60 minutes is allowed
Delays longer than 60 minutes may be charged as an additional rental day
Vehicle pick-up
You can pick up the vehicle at one of our branches or have it delivered to your desired location (airport, hotel, or home address). Pick-up is also available outside working hours with prior notice.
When collecting the vehicle, you must provide:
A valid driving license
An ID card or passport
A deposit method (cash or credit card)
The vehicle is delivered clean and in proper technical condition, along with an inspection report noting any existing damages.
Vehicle return
The vehicle must be returned to the agreed location at the prearranged time, in the same condition as it was picked up and with the same fuel level.
If needed, return can also be arranged at a different location or outside working hours, subject to prior agreement and a possible additional fee for the pick-up service.
Deposit
We do not require a deposit for vehicle rental, nor do we place any card hold, regardless of the vehicle category. The amount shown at the time of booking is the final price, with no additional hidden costs.
Upon return, the vehicle is expected to be in the same condition as at the time of pickup. Any new damages are handled in accordance with the selected insurance package and the terms of the rental agreement.
Fuel (Fuel Policy)
We apply a “full-to-full” fuel policy, meaning the vehicle is picked up with a full tank and must be returned in the same condition.
If the vehicle is returned with less fuel, the difference will be charged, along with an additional refueling service fee.
Payment methods
Rental payment is made at the time of vehicle pick-up, with the option to choose one of the following methods:
Cash
Credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard)
Bank transfer (for legal entities)
Additional driver
An additional driver may be included in the rental agreement, provided that they meet the same requirements as the main driver (age and valid driving experience). Their details must be recorded in the rental contract.
If the vehicle is driven by a person not listed as an authorized driver, the insurance becomes invalid, and full responsibility is transferred to the renter.
Insurance and damage excess
All vehicles are insured, and the level of coverage as well as the deductible amount depend on the selected package:
CDW – Collision Damage Waiver with an agreed deductible
TP – Theft Protection insurance
SCDW – Super Collision Damage Waiver with reduced deductible, available for an additional fee
Insurance does not cover damage to tires, rims, the underbody or interior of the vehicle, nor damage caused by gross negligence or violation of the rental agreement terms.
Crossing the border
Crossing the borders of the Republic of Serbia with the vehicle is permitted only with prior written approval and with all required documentation, including a Green Card.
Certain vehicle categories and specific destinations may be excluded from cross-border use, and an additional fee may apply for using the vehicle abroad.
Rules of conduct in the vehicle
During the rental period, the client is required to follow these rules:
Smoking inside the vehicle is not permitted
Transporting pets is allowed only with prior notice
Participation in races, towing other vehicles, and overloading the vehicle are strictly prohibited
The vehicle must be used in accordance with its intended purpose and all applicable traffic regulations
Traffic fines
The client is responsible for all traffic and parking fines incurred during the rental period, as well as any administrative costs related to processing the resulting violations.
Procedure in case of an accident
In the event of a traffic accident or vehicle damage, the client is required to follow these steps:
Contact the police and wait for the official report
Complete the European Accident Statement form
Take photos of the vehicles, participants, and the accident scene
Immediately notify our support service
Failure to follow the above procedure may result in the loss of insurance coverage.

If you choose to rent one of our vehicles, you will have 24/7 support available throughout the entire rental period, anywhere in Europe.
